Reporter Kang Jin-goo, co-representative of YouTube media’Citizen Media The Exploration’ (hereinfollowing referred to as The Exploration), was ordered not to approach the residence of Justice Minister Han Dong-hoon.

According to the legal community on the 11th, Chief Judge Lee Won-joong of the 19th Criminal Division of the Seoul Central District Court recently warned Kang in writing to “stop the stalking crime,” and ordered him not to approach within 100 meters of Minister Han’s residence until February 9 next year.

On the 27th of last month, reporters from The Exploration Agency, including Mr. Kang, tried to open the door lock in front of the door of the house through the common entrance of an apartment in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, where they live, without the consent of Minister Han. Minister Han accused them of trespassing on a shared residence.
