“Using the government’s small business policy fund, I pay only 30,000 won for a monthly rental of 1 million won a month”
There are cases in which people who have signed a rental car contract with the trust of these advertisements are taking tens of millions of won in deposits one following another.
The police launched an investigation, and the culprit was arrested on the run.

It is a large SUV driven by insurance agent Mo Park.
Although the price of the car reaches 50 million won, I signed a contract last year with exceptional conditions to rent it following paying only regarding ‘30,000 won per month’.
It was a condition of paying 10 million won as a deposit and getting it back when returning it following 5 years.

“There is such a good business, but I didn’t know why, so I did a search…”
If such a contract is possible, the group that gathers its members is a cooperative that will revitalize the local economy.
They advertised that they would pay 96% of the rent if they signed up for the government’s small business policy fund.

“There are a lot of things that small business owners don’t know regarding policy funds right now. Let’s play a role in designing and guiding these things…”
Although there were suspicions of fraud, in fact, as the number of subscribers to the association increased, Mr. Park paid a deposit of 30 million won and rented two SUVs of himself and his wife.
However, five months later, the union abruptly stopped paying rent, stating that the financial situation had deteriorated.
I went to the union office to get my deposit back, but the CEO was in a state of hiding.
I accidentally blew up the deposit and had to bear the rent, but now I have to pay a penalty of tens of thousands of won to cancel the rental contract.

“I’m riding because I have no choice but to cry and eat mustard. It’s a situation where everyone is having a hard time right now because the entire amount has been borne by me…”
In the same way, insurance company Mo Lee, a member of the cooperative, paid a deposit of 10 million won and rented an SUV, and then fell into the same situation.

“I heard that there is a lot of (leak) money like that because of government policy.
The police, who received complaints from the victims and started an investigation, caught and arrested Kim Mo, the representative of the cooperative, who was on the run last month.
The amount of damage confirmed by the police was 120 million won.
However, Kim, who was arrested, said in a police investigation, “I was aiming for 500 rental cars,” and the damage is expected to be much larger as there are reports from all over the country.
