The first head of the Police Department of the Ministry of Public Administration and Security, Director Kim Soon-ho, reported the school trend to the Security Command in the past, and was reported exclusively by MBC yesterday.
Today, I will share with you the more specific contents of the document, as well as the testimonies that I personally verified by meeting the characters appearing in the document.
All the people the reporters met were very close to Director Kim, and they responded, ‘The contents of the document are specific and accurate, but I still do not want to believe it’.

Performance in the first part of the 88-page security officer document.
On November 21, 1983, Director Kim Soon-ho met three juniors at the Gyeongyang Restaurant in front of Sungdae, and reported in detail the number of people, names, and departments of the Shimsan Research Council identified here.
A, a junior in the first grade, who appears in the document, accurately remembers the meeting that day.

“It seems that there were 4 people (including Director Kim Soon-ho) sitting there. I was there until the end. Of course, (Director Kim) must have wondered how our Shimsan Circle is operating… I think he mightn’t help but talk regarding it… Because I had a lot of love for my seniors.”
In the following performance, Kim Kook-jang reported that he had a ritualization learning meeting led by three second graders at Mr. A’s house, and the textbook consisted of three volumes including ‘The History of the Russian Revolution’.
This report also coincides with Mr. B’s memory in the document.

“(We had a seminar and discussion. Is this true?) Yes. We studied history, economics, and philosophy. Once we choose a book, we read it and discuss it with each other.”
Following the report on utilization results, a separate document is attached to the document, ‘Report on the awareness of information on ‘Soon-ho Kim’, a special scholar.
Mr. Kim, a junior who appears several times in the security guard documents.
He was arrested for the student movement and was subjected to harsh acts, and he is still in an uncomfortable state, but when he saw the contents of the document, he might not hide his shock.

“I think almost everyone. (Almost all of them were active?) Yes. They seem to have no intention of protecting (colleagues) or doing this at all. I can’t talk regarding my juniors.”
Persons named in the document, including Mr. Kim, testified that the contents of the document are specific and accurate, and agreed that Director Kim should apologize to the victims and step down even now.
Still, they said that they were comrades who believed and worked together, and said that they did not want to believe the contents of the document.
“I tried to forcefully deny the thought that ‘it might not be (the senior I trusted)’ and think, ‘There must have been a story, there must have been unavoidable circumstances’…”
