With heat wave warnings issued across the country, including Seoul, the sensible temperature rose and fell by 35 degrees.

As high humidity is added to the scorching heat, a heat wave warning has already been issued for the fifth day.

The early sweltering heat is caused by the addition of heat brought by Typhoon Airy while the heat has accumulated in the North Pacific high pressure sphere.
In Iljuk-myeon, Anseong, Gyeonggi-do (37.9), the temperature soared close to 38 degrees, higher than human body temperature, and in Sangju-do, Gyeongbuk, it rose to around 33 degrees and 35.1 degrees in Daegu.
The steamy heat and tropical nights are expected to last for two more days.
