At the Dunchon Jugong reconstruction site in Seoul, where construction was halted for over a month due to a conflict between the union and the construction team, dismantling of the tower crane, a key equipment for the frame construction, began.
If an agreement is not reached, the construction team decided not to extend the guarantee for the 700 billion won project cost loan.

If all goes as planned, this is the construction site for the ‘Olympic Park Foreon’ apartment, which should start moving in from August of next year.
After the entire construction was halted last month, only the manpower to guard the site remained.

The construction team decided to remove the tower crane from the construction site next month if negotiations are slow.
The reason for the withdrawal is that it costs more than 15 billion won a month to manage 57 units.
The dismantling work has already begun.
It is expected that it will take at least two months or more to dismantle all the tower cranes at the site.
We have decided not to extend the loan guarantee for business expenses, which expires in August.
After that, the construction team plans to pay back 700 billion won on behalf of the construction company and file a claim for compensation from the union.
The situation is getting worse and worse, but the difference is still there.
The construction team put forward the cancellation of the lawsuit for invalidation of the contract for the change of construction and the recognition of the contract made during the former union president as prerequisites for negotiations.
They are also demanding compensation for losses caused by delay in sale and extending the construction period to ensure quality.

The union is in a position to accept an increase of 560 billion won in construction costs.
We will meet and discuss major issues such as compensation for loss or extension of the construction period.

Both sides have created a contract with the contents they want and submitted it to the Seoul Metropolitan Government, but it is unclear whether a compromise can be devised as there are few points of contact.
