Zsófi Szabó on keeping his figure: I would not be allowed to enter a bakery

Zsófi Szabo recently for the special issue of Story Stárdiéta given interview, in which he told how his eating and sports habits are developing recently. As he said, for the first time in a long time he is really well, because since January he has been consciously trying to reduce stress in his life, as much as possible. For example, he conducts his meetings on the phone while walking in the forest instead of drinking coffee, but the fact that he started working together with his younger brother, who supports him as a member of his management, has taken a lot of burden off his shoulders.

According to his own admission, there is still no system in his life, and no two days are the same, but this does not affect his ability to maintain the lifestyle change he embarked on four years ago.

If anything, I am very conscious of this. In the first two years, I didn’t let go of the reins because I was afraid of gaining weight once more. I remember I had a bikini photo shoot, and as I looked at the pictures, I immediately thought, “I look good now, but will I be able to keep my shape later?!”

explained the Mocha presenter, who, as he says, if he has such a day, allows himself a croissant or skips a dessert following lunch, but does not allow himself more than two or three kilos of weight fluctuation.

I wouldn’t be allowed to enter a bakery! I also have to exercise more self-discipline at home. I regularly find myself opening the fridge once more. But what and when I eat a day varies.

As for sports, Szabó revealed that due to an injury he suffered eight months ago, he is not allowed to run for the time being, but instead he does pilates. This form of exercise is usually performed in the morning – when they are not waiting for the Mocha in his studio – while his little son sleeps.

And here I would like to note how grateful I am to my mother, without whom life would stop. Because if I start in Mokka, the night before will come over and sleep there, so that I can leave in peace at dawn. But as I mentioned, it comes even if I “just” go to sports. I don’t have a babysitter, never had one

– he shared with the newspaper, adding: his little son, Mendel she can also count on her father, who, along with the other members of the family, is also her partner in being able to go to work, and in addition to having time for herself in addition to raising children.
