Zineb Sqalli appointed Managing Director & Partner of the Boston Consulting Group in Casablanca

Zineb Sqalli has more than 15 years of experience in financial services and consumer goods, with a focus on strategy, organization and digital issues, says a statement from BCG. She directs the Africa Center for Customer Insight, BCG’s center of expertise for customer knowledge.

She joined BCG in 2009 where she participated in the launch of the firm’s activities in Africa before practicing in Europe and the Middle East, and joining the Casablanca office in 2014.

Zineb is also involved in BCG’s ‘Social Impact’ practice. She oversees the topic ‘Women in Economic Development’ globally, which covers supporting public and private clients in their strategies for the inclusion and economic empowerment of women.

Zineb thus joins a team made up of 9 other directors and partners:
