Zimbabwe cricket team arrived on the tour of Pakistan

The 20-member squad and staff of the Zimbabwe cricket team arrived on the tour of Pakistan.

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) officials welcomed the visiting team at the airport. According to Pakistan Cricket Council sources, the players of the Zimbabwean team will be quarantined in Islamabad from October 21 to October 27.

According to sources, the series of three ODI matches between Pakistan and Zimbabwe will begin from October 30 at the Rawalpindi Stadium. The second ODI will be played on November 1, and the third ODI will be played on November 3 at the Rawalpindi Stadium.

According to sources, the Zimbabwe cricket team will arrive in Lahore on November 5. The first T20I will be played on November 7, the second on November 9 and the final T20I on November 10. The Zimbabwe cricket team will leave for their homeland on November 12.

It should be noted that before the visit of the Zimbabwe cricket team to Pakistan, the head coach Misbah-ul-Haq has announced the national cricket team.

Fakhar Zaman, Haider Ali, Haris Sohail, Imam-ul-Haq, Khushdil Shah and Mohammad Hafeez have been named as part of the squad for the tour of Pakistan in Zimbabwe.

During a press conference in Lahore, Misbah-ul-Haq said that Rohail Nazir, Muhammad Rizwan, Usman Qadir, Zafar Gohar have been made part of the team for the Pakistan vs Zimbabwe series.

Musa Khan, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Mohammad Hasnain and Wahab Riaz have also been included in the national squad.

During the press conference, Misbah-ul-Haq said that he wants Sarfaraz Ahmed to perform in the first class and then make a comeback.

He said that he wants to give an international program for Sharjeel Khan. The fitness has to be worked on, taking the young players with them.
