The electric motorcycle manufacturer Zero Motorcycles is accelerating hard on the warranty period of its mounts. Previously guaranteed for 2 years, the American brand’s motorcycles will benefit from 5 years of coverage from 2024.
The Californian manufacturer Zero Motorcycles took advantage of the Milan EICMA show to present what will constitute its entire range of electric motorcycles for 2024. The program for this vintage promises to be busy with a Zero S capable of reaching 248 km of autonomy , a Zero SE which will tease 150 km/h or even a completely renewed Zero DS range.

The brand also made a name for itself by winning the Maudes trophy where seven riders took turns behind the handlebars of a pair of Zero DSR/Xs to cover nearly 1,700 km. A journey during which the brand’s electric motorcycles will have faced fairly low temperatures, down to -6°C, snow and even ice.
Zero Motorcycles’ electric motorcycles are therefore solid and the brand intends to make this known by reviewing its warranty policy. Until now guaranteed for 2 years in France, they will now benefit from a warranty extension of 3 additional years for total coverage of 5 years – the extension will also be transferable in the event of resale of the motorcycle.
This extension is done at no extra cost, with no mileage limit and will be valid “from 2024 vintages ordered and delivered in the European network”. This extension is the result of a collaboration with Real Garant Zurich, specialist in coverage for new vehicles. “It is a privilege for Zero Motorcycles to partner with a trusted and respected partner like Real Garant Zurich to offer an extended five-year warranty to our customers. This extension truly reflects the confidence we have in the quality and reliability of our motorcycles”underlines Umberto Uccelli, vice president and general manager of Zero Motorcycles in Europe.
