Asuncion, IP Agency.- The third and fourth edition of the Business Roundtable for MSMEs and family agriculture producers will be held on Tuesday, August 13 in the department of Caazapá and Wednesday, August 14, in the department of Guairá, with a view to becoming suppliers of the companies awarded for the Zero Hunger Program.
This is an initiative of the Ministry of Social Development (MDS), the Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MIC) and the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAG).
The event will be held at the Jasmine Hall of the Municipality of Gral. Morínigo – Caazapá (Route Py 18 Street Rca. Of Colombia), from 08:00 to 11:3
The objective of this event is to facilitate interaction between micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as family agriculture producers, with supplier companies awarded the contract to provide school snacks and lunches to promote medium and long-term business relationships, strengthening the local value chain.

The fourth edition will be in Guairá
The department of Guairá will host this Wednesday, August 14, the fourth edition of the Business Roundtable, for SMEs and producers from this important area of the country.
The event will take place in the Guairá Governor’s Hall, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
This type of event seeks to bring supply and demand closer together, to strengthen these sectors and to insert them into the Zero Hunger Program, promoted by the Government of Paraguay, thus promoting compliance with the 5% purchase from micro, small and medium-sized enterprises; and 10% from family agriculture of the awarded contracts.
It should be noted that, during the Business Roundtables, SMEs and producers will have the opportunity not only to present their products with the possibility of becoming suppliers of the companies awarded the Zero Hunger Program, but they will also be able to receive training with officials from the Vice Ministry of SMEs and other State institutions, on formalization, financing, in order to strengthen the management of their businesses.
