Zenless Zone Zero – Zenless Zone Zero (HoYoverse) announced in beta from August 5th

After being announced last May, Zenless Zone Zero is regarding to welcome its first testers. The closed beta will begin on August 5. Registrations are still open until Wednesday.

Last May, the Chinese group HoYoverse (to whom we already owe in particular Genshin Impact) announced its next game, Zenless Zone Zero. In the process, registration for the beta was launched and now the action game is regarding to welcome its first testers.

In a note published on the official website, the HoYoverse teams therefore announce the launch of a closed beta from August 5 at 10:00 UTC+8 (4:00 am, Paris time). The duration of the tests is not specified, but the beta will be available on PC and iOS, accessible to a limited number of testers at least initially and relating to a version of the game still far from being finalized (the game is incomplete and testers are likely to encounter malfunctions). Quite classically, the progress of the testers during the beta will not be kept when the game is released.

For the curious, the registrations are still open for a few days, until Wednesday, July 27 at 5:59 p.m. (Paris time). Afterwards, HoYoverse will start screening applicants, until the testing servers open on August 5th.

For the record, Zenless Zone Zero immerses players in New Eridu, a vast futuristic city confronted by Hollows, cataclysmic events that create random void zones. In these areas, hostile creatures emerge quickly and those who venture there can both lose their minds or undergo genetic mutations. The areas are therefore dangerous, and the players will have to restore order there – to hunt monsters or outlaws who try to loot them, but also to rescue civilians trapped in the Hollows areas… To be discovered more concretely in beta in a few days, therefore.
