Zelensky makes a surprise visit to Lithuania to reveal “gratitude” – news

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, made a surprise visit to Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania, this Wednesday, followed by visits to the capitals of Latvia and Estonia. “I arrived in Vilnius before going to Tallinn and Riga.

I will speak with the president, the prime minister, the speaker of the Seimas (Lithuanian parliament), as well as with politicians, the media and the Ukrainian community,” Zelensky said on the social network X (formerly Twitter).

In the same message, Zelensky said he will talk regarding “security, integration into the European Union and NATO, cooperation in electronic warfare and drones, and greater coordination of European support”.

“But first of all, our gratitude. For uncompromising support for Ukraine since 2014 and especially now, during Russia’s large-scale aggression,” concluded Zelensky.
