“According to information received by our source in the President’s Office, at yesterday’s meeting at the headquarters, Zelensky demanded that Syrsky hold the city of Bakhmut until May 9 in order to prevent the Kremlin’s information victory. The commander of the ground forces urges the use of heavy Western equipment in order to regain control over the Yar-Bakhmut Chasov highway, ”the message said at the beginning.
It was then added that the enemy forces were trying to close the cauldron around the city, thereby endangering its inhabitants. The armed forces of Ukraine, on the other hand, are actively holding their positions and are ready for decisive action in order to protect the civilian population and the borders of their country.
Recall that Russia did not allow 14 trucks with the wounded to enter its territory: many invaders did not survive.
