Zelensky fired his advisor Shefir — news on LB.ua

On March 30, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, fired his first assistant Serhiy Shefir and a number of other advisers.

The corresponding Decree has already been published on site President

“Fire CHIEF Serhii Nakhmanovych from the position of first assistant to the President of Ukraine,” the document reads.

The president also dismissed:

Alyona Verbytska from the position of the authorized adviser to the president on issues of ensuring the rights of defenders of Ukraine, decree №208/2024;

Nataliya Pushkariova from the performance of the duties of the President’s Commissioner for volunteer activities, decree №209/2024;

Dismissed and freelance advisers:

Mykhailo Radutsky from the position of adviser to the president (outside), decree №210/2024;

Serhii Trofimov from the position of adviser to the president (outside), decree №211/2024;

Oleg Ustenko from the position of adviser to the president (off-duty), decree №212/2024.

  • Serhii Shefir was one of the leaders of Volodymyr Zelenskyi’s election headquarters, and in May 2019 he became the first assistant to the president. He is one of the most important associates of President Zelensky. Before his political career, Shefir worked together with Zelensky at Studio Kvartal-95.
