Zapping’s expectation is, in the near future, to market its service to customers of partner internet providers, with payment made together with the broadband bill.
Among the company’s highlights are the quick and numerical changes of channels, the Sports Mode – with football match statistics –, the replay of up to seven days and the Turbo Mode – which reduces transmission delay. The company even delivers the HEVC codec, which allows reduced data consumption without losing image definition.
A novelty that arrives at Zapping Brasil on this date of its official launch is the addition of TV Globo to the operator’s schedule. The broadcaster will be present in the channel list regionally.
At this first moment, the availability will be on account of the retransmitters of the metropolitan regions of São Paulo (Globo SP), Rio de Janeiro (Globo Rio) and Belo Horizonte (Globo Minas). The trend is that other affiliates will also arrive in the future.
