Actor Zac Efron had to be urgently transferred to a hospital after suffering an incident in the pool of a villa in Ibiza where he is spending his vacation.
The accident occurred last Friday night when the ‘High School Musical’ actor was found in the water by two employees of the villa he was staying at, as revealed by the U.S. media outlet TMZ, which stated that it was the workers who “pulled him out of the water.”
The actor’s representative has confirmed that he had to be hospitalized, although, according to the statement to the media, it was a precautionary measure after describing it as “a minor incident.” However, it did not explain what triggered the accident.
Zac Efron was discharged from the hospital this past Saturday and is “recovering perfectly,” the actor’s representative told TMZ. He is taking a holiday in Europe, where he has been photographed in Saint-Tropez, Mykonos, and Paris. In Ibiza, he had already been seen at the famous Ushuaïa hotel, where he went on stage with DJ Martin Garrix the night before the pool incident.
