Rahim Ali wrote on his official page on the social networking site “Facebook”, saying: “Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, the global YouTube administration prohibits the announcement of Banque du Caire to prove the fact of theft and infringement of the protected works that were stolen in the Banque du Caire advertisement.”

He added, “The advertisement will be banned on all websites and on the satellite channels, respectively, for the next few period, if a solution is not reached with the stakeholders. Thank you.”

The composer, Mohamed Rahim, had previously announced that the advertisement’s song had been stolen from a melody he had previously presented with the artist, Elissa and Cheb Mami.
