The General Administration of Women, at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, organized a symposium entitled “Your psychology is the secret of your happiness”, in the presence of Dr. Safaa Al Sharif, First Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports Department official Omaima Abdel Aziz, with the aim of raising the mental health of women and supporting them to face pressures and complete their life path.

During the symposium, Dr. Marwa El-Shennawy, a mental health consultant, talked regarding personal patterns to identify the patterns most affected by moods and most exposed to bouts of depression and sadness, which is the sensory pattern and how to train to raise other patterns in the personality to protect it, and the role of friends and their impact on your life and psychological state.

During the symposium, Al-Shennawy pointed out that advice makes a person’s life happier, explaining that happiness is a habit and a smile is the secret of attraction, pointing out that the role of women in building and safety of the family and society (if women’s mental health is healthy, the family is balanced and the whole community is healthy).

Dr. Marwa El-Shennawy added that recovering from psychological pressures and liberating them daily makes women more flexible and attractive, stressing that psychological toughness, belief in God, and maintaining prayer, praise and remembrances are an essential source of happiness and psychological comfort, and that energy exercises, walking, meditation and yoga bring happiness and reduce stress. Nervousness and reduce organic and psychological diseases, they are all connected to each other. If the body gets angry, your mood will worsen and the rest of the members complain of sadness and affection.

Al-Shennawy explained that healthy eating, drinking water, and maintaining an adequate amount of sleep is the basis of a healthy life and one of the causes of happiness, and setting goals and achieving them makes you feel self-confident and success leads to happiness, training the mind to be more positive and ignoring harmful negatives, as well as the distance On the negative personalities, a person must try to surround themselves with positive personalities in order to derive from them the love of life.

Dr. Marwa El-Shennawy concluded that washing with cold and salt water expels negative energy from the body and renews vitality and activity, order and cleanliness, and opening windows to enter the sun renews the energy of the place and makes you feel comfortable and happy, and doing an energy exercise to restore activity and vitality.
