A young man went viral following sharing a video in which he is seen crying over difficult working conditions That must stand at Starbucks.
The barista, who is also a student, complained regarding the management of his superiors and the few staff hired to attend to his premises. However, the young man divided social networks following including his working hours as part of their arguments.
“I’m a full-time student. I have a 25-hour schedule a week, and then on weekends they schedule me all day. That’s an eight-and-a-half-hour schedule, both Saturday and Sunday,” said the young man, “I’m regarding to give up we need fair hours and managers who take responsibility for their workers.”
The young man was harshly criticized by those who claimed to work in worse conditions, while others empathized with his position. “He is claiming for the labor exploitation“, “Everyone says they want the best for our generations, but then they complain regarding how they had it worse and that we we deserve the same” and “Welcome to the world of restaurants” are some of the comments that can be read in the publication
