A professional bodybuilder of Egyptian descent, a two-time New York bodybuilder and Mr. Olympia champion, Mamdouh El Sebaei, also known as Big Ramy.
Al-Subaie earned his professional credentials by winning the title at the 2012 Olympia Amateur in Kuwait City following just three years of training and in 2010 Al-Subaie joined the Oxygen Club in Kuwait.
When he advanced to the Olympia Kuwait Amateur stage in 2012 he weighed 286 pounds and was declared champion and in 2013 he gave up his New York debut when he won the Big Ramy Awards at the 2022 Mr. Olympia Awards.
Big Ramy has a huge muscular build, ranked among the heaviest bodybuilders in the world, with a weight of 141 kilograms, and he plays in the open weight category, and is regarding 37 years old,
