Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom is the 2nd part of the saga of adventure films starring the famous archaeologist and explorer Indiana Jones, played by Harrison Ford. Directed 3 years following the first part of the saga The Raiders of the Lost Ark, this film is however a prequel since the action of this 2nd part takes place a year earlier. Then came in 1989, then in 2008, the two sequels to the saga, entitled respectively Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade et Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. In Indiana Jones and the Last Crusadeit is once morest the Nazis that the adventurer will have to fight, the story being set in 1938, just before the Second World War, and in the 4th opus of the film franchise, it is in the middle of the Cold War that the archaeologist will face Soviet soldiers.

After numerous filming delays, a fifth installment in the saga Indiana Jones is scheduled for the end of June 2023. Title Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, this new fantastic adventure film is directed by James Mangold (and no longer Steven Spielberg) and invites you to find our hero, still played by Harrison Ford, in a new expedition full of dangers. Far from the picturesque landscapes and regions full of archaeological relics, it was in 1969, in the midst of the race for space conquest, that the next adventures of the archaeologist will take place. Accompanied by his goddaughter Helena, played by actress Phoebe Waller-Bridge, our hero will have to try everything to prevent a NASA employee and ex-Nazi from controlling the world.
