But in case there is still any doubt, the Polish portal XGP used to calculate how much money is saved in gameswhen all the titles that come to Xbox Game Pass in a year are added up.
Well, it turns out that, according to the site’s calculations, the service received 220 games throughout 2022, with September as the month with the highest value, and December, as the month with the least value. In total, buying those 220 games would cost around $7,173.84.
“Our calculations take into account regular US Xbox Store prices through December 24, and include both PC and Xbox games.”
This means that, if we had wanted to buy all the games that Xbox Game Pass offers month after month, we would have had to pay almost 600 dollars every 4 weeks.
To put things in perspective, the monthly cost of the subscription is 10 dollars on PC and console, respectively or $15 for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which includes both of the above, plus Xbox LIVE payment and EA Play subscription, which includes even more titles.
It should be noted that the aforementioned annual sum was higher than that of 2021, which amounted to just over $6,300.

This is a claim that has raised eyebrows among competitors such as Sony and authorities, but which, regardless of the monopoly debatewould add even more value to the program.
