Yoga, stands, agriculture, workshops and lots of music for Castlluzz in Reggae THE PROGRAM

After the first two editions that consolidated the event, ‘Castlluzz in Reggae’, the first Reggae Festival of Capitanata, returns to Castelluccio dei Sauri. The appointment is for August 31st in Piazza San Giuseppe degli Artigiani where artists and producers belonging to the Apulian and Italian reggae scene will perform again this year.

WHAT’S NEW. In addition to lots of music, there will be activities for children and a wellness area for adults. There will also be food and wine stands to promote local delicacies. All of this will take place over a whole day full of harmony.
For the first time, the festival will be broadcast live on web radio through the program “Radio Wadada” hosted by Bredda I-tal, in collaboration with ISNow Radio.
A new area “Environment and Agriculture” created to support young entrepreneurs. At 7:00 pm, in the same area, Dr. Paolo Monaco, trained in general medicine, master’s degree in medical cannabis, will speak. The topic of the speech: “Cannabis, a plant to demonize or a resource to exploit?”
Another novelty of the event is its official start, this edition will start at 10:30 in the morning with the opening of the wellness area.

THE PROGRAM.
In addition to lots of music there will be many activities:
From 10.30 to 18.30 “Wellness Area”. Yoga lessons by the teacher Mariagiovanna Martino and shiatsu massages performed by the teacher Matteo Maccarone.
From 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm “Children’s Area”. Agriculture and painting workshops by the Circo dei Fiori group and origami and color extraction workshops from natural products by the Cala la Sera Association.
From 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm “Agriculture and Environment Area”. Stands of young entrepreneurs with debates and interventions on the theme of “eco-sustainability”.
From 17:30 to 03:30 “Food & Drink Area”. Local food and wine stands.
From 20:00 to 01:00 “Area Live Reggae Music”. Razza Mc, Papa Buju, Don Tino, Rosapaeda, Omar Faya will be on stage, accompanied by the two bands Shine I Dub and Dub Fevah Band, and there will also be two special guests, the two singers Sefora & Black Linguere.
From 01:00 to 03:30 “Area Sound System” by Gargano’s Militant HI FI with the singing of Peppe Legend.

THE ARTISTIC DIRECTOR. “Intercultural exchange, tradition, psychophysical well-being: values ​​transmitted and conveyed with an immense instrument that is Reggae Music.
In Puglia, as in all of southern Italy – highlights the artistic director, Alessandro Falcone – we have great musicians and pioneers who over the years have worked to spread the culture of reggae music. Our festival wants to pay homage to their commitment and give space to emerging artists, encouraging, even more, a territorial artistic growth”.
