Yoga exercises in the customer parking lot before the break-in: Australian woman arrested

Surveillance cameras captured her doing bridge exercises outside the Melbourne store at night for at least two minutes before apparently breaking into the headquarters of the Phillippa’s Bakery chain. According to police, the woman was wearing a black leather jacket, ripped black jeans and black shoes. Their stolen goods consisted of an almond croissant, a pair of shoes and some cleaning products. A case was opened once morest her for theft, burglary and equipping herself for a theft. The accused was released on bail and is scheduled to appear in court on May 22nd.

The affected company, Phillippa’s Bakery, reacted “quite surprised” to the case. “It seems that yoga is a must before a slump,” the bakery chain explained on Instagram. Accordingly, the woman stole, among other things, not just one, but several croissants that were “clearly too tempting for this agile burglar.”
