It was then that the group decided to erase everything and take everything back, it changed its name, became the Ykons, and above all found a new musical style. They will work and each put their personality, their knowledge, their universe, a difference that complements each other and which is ultimately a richness for the group.
Three years later, in 2019, they gave birth to a new album “Reflected”, recorded at the Rec & Roll studio BXL, where all sounds are possible. Listening to the first recording gives rise to modifications that make the pieces evolve, so they will proceed to a second recording. They all compose together, so each creation must win everyone’s consent, otherwise they get back to work until everyone finds something satisfactory.
This time, the album pleases and the doors of the Belgian festivals open, the musicians will have fun on the stage of the Francofolies or at the Ronquières Festival. The group will therefore release two singles: “Redlight” and “Like A Feather”, the latter will be widely broadcast on the radios. This recognition will of course only increase their notoriety they will, therefore, display sold out on the concerts.
