An experiential, emotional, relational and creative journey: this is the goal of the next events at Baubeach®the first beach for dogs, free and happy in Italy, which on Friday 30th and Saturday 31st August chose to work on “letting go” and “gratitude”, fundamental themes of yogic philosophy.
In fact, through the techniques of Yin Yoga with its prolonged poses, precious for stretching tendons and ligaments, with a particular selected music, with vibrations that will help relaxation, and with the wise and synergic use of essential oils, chosen by the aromatherapist Maria Teresa Materassi, perfect for opening channels that would otherwise be difficult to travel, the participants will be able to experience the sessions in full harmony – starting on both days at 4:00 pm – in the company of their 4-legged friend. Dogs, as already experienced in past activities of “Bau Deep Yoga” on the beach, will naturally align themselves with the created status, with the particular and magical empathic qualities that belong to them. Finally, everyone will be able to transform what they have experienced into color, through their own creativity, guided by the advice of the artist Karen Thomas, with brushes on a wooden tree silhouette. Admission is free for Baubeach members® (annual membership card: €11.00).
