YG Entertainment revealed that Babymonster has finished recording for a new music project. The K-pop group is expected to release their first full album towards the end of this year.
“It is scheduled to be released this fall,” said YG Entertainment, the agency that houses Babymonster, quoted from Soompi, Monday (23/9).
The agency said Babymonster is currently filming for a music video. It was stated that there will be several music videos, including for the title song on the new album. Filming is being done in various locations.
“Recording for Babymonster’s first full album has been completed and the finishing touches are being made. Choreography for several songs, which will be featured in music videos filmed over several weeks, has also been completed,” YG Entertainment said.
The album, YG Entertainment said, will be a new beginning for Babymonster. However, fans will have to be a little patient because there is no official information regarding the details or exact date of the album’s release.
“We are now in the final stages of preparing for a bigger new beginning,” the agency said.
Babymonster is the youngest group under YG Entertainment. Although they only debuted in 2023, their presence was immediately welcomed by K-pop lovers because of the talent and visuals of each member.
In the middle of this year, Babymonster has held its first fan meeting tour or fan meeting entitled See You There. This fan meeting event was held in several cities in Asia, including Jakarta. (Z-1)
