The prosecutor Marita Barreto, in charge of the Special Team of Prosecutors once morest the Corruption of Power that investigates the environment of the president Pedro Castilloor, he filed a police complaint on Sunday the 21st for the appearance of a drone at his home.
This was reported by prosecutor Jorge García Juárez during the preventive detention hearing once morest Yenifer Paredessister-in-law of the president, and the mayor of the district of Anguía (Cajamarca), Jose Medina Guerrero.
García explained that this Sunday, August 21, at 5:24 p.m., Barreto herself telephoned him to inform him of what had happened, which she had already reported to the local police station.

According to the police report, Barreto explained that the drone “He was recording the interior of the home, prowling several times inside and around the house”.
“It is so that when he realized the fact he tried to record the drone with his cell phone, which moved away from the house to continue recording and then disappeared from the place. Likewise, it is pointed out that the appellant in the company of relatives left the home in order to locate the subject who would be operating the equipment, without having any result “he stated.
The Judiciary approved to suspend for Tuesday, August 23, at 10:00 in the morning, the hearing where the request for 36 months of preventive detention once morest Yenifer Paredeswho is investigated by money laundering and criminal organization.
This was ordered by Judge Johnny Gómez Balboa, of the Third Preparatory Investigation Court, following listening to the parties in a hearing that lasted almost two hours, which included a recess to analyze the defense’s request.

The tax request also reaches the mayor of Anguía, Jose Nenil Medina Guerrero, whose hearing will be on Wednesday at the same time. Both are investigated together with the brothers Hugo and Anggi Espino, for which they were preliminarily detained since last week.
