In the Yemeni Dhamar Governorate, the wife killed her husband and tore him to pieces. The body parts were then cooked in the oven. Badr Mohammed, 25, was brutally murdered by his 25-year-old wife, Maryam Nasser.
After stabbing her husband, the body was cut into small pieces and boiled. According to police, his wife then tried to commit suicide by drinking pesticides. The accused was taken to the crime scene, examined and admitted to the hospital.

However, police said such crimes were alien to Yemeni society and that family disputes were the cause of the gruesome killings.
