The Secretariat of Comprehensive Risk Management and Civil Protection (SGIRPC) of Mexico City (CDMX) activated the yellow alert in 13 municipalities due to the strengthening of rains during the followingnoon of this Monday.
The agency indicated that heavy rains, hail and gusts of wind are expected in: Álvaro Obregón, Azcapotzalco, Benito Juárez, Coyoacán, Cuauhtémoc, Gustavo A. Madero, Iztacalco, Iztapalapa, Magdalena Contreras, Milpa Alta, Tlalpan, Venustiano Carranza and Xochimilco.

Electrical activity is also detected in eight municipalities: Álvaro Obregón, Azcapotzalco, Benito Juárez, Coyoacán, Cuauhtémoc, Gustavo A. Madero, Magdalena Contreras, Tlalpan and Venustiano Carranza.
The alert for these weather conditions will be in effect from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The population is recommended to take the necessary precautions in this situation.

Clabebus suspended due to rain in CDMX
Line 1 of the cablebus stopped working due to the current weather conditions.
