‘Year-round Live’ Noje SNS advertising company can sue up to billions of dollars

It has been reported that the company that raised the controversy over SNS advertisements in Noje might sue for damages of billions of dollars.

In ‘Celebrity Headlines’ of KBS2’s ‘All Year Live’, which was aired on the night of the 14th, the ‘SNS advertisement controversy’ of the dancer Noje was dealt with.

A small business official said that following signing an SNS advertisement contract, he asked Noje to upload a post, but Noje did not meet the deadline, so the companies were in trouble. The post was uploaded only following the officials complained earnestly, and even that was quickly deleted. On the other hand, the advertisements for luxury brands were maintained, and there was a controversy over whether there was a rush.

Noje was paid 30 million to 50 million won per advertisement.

Then, on the 4th, the agency confirmed the contract period and proceeded according to the schedule, and explained that the deletion was following consultation with the company. Noh also posted an apology, stating that he was aware that he had violated the SNS advertisement contract.

Attorney Huh Joo-yeon said, “The most important thing is to set a time limit when making an advertisement contract with celebrities. Failure to comply with the specified period is a breach of contract. The size of a lawsuit for damages is usually regarding twice the model fee. If you make a claim, you can sue from tens of millions of won to as much as hundreds of millions of won.
