Young opener Yaswasi Jaiswal has achieved a record breaking feat in the competition. Jaiswal scored 37 runs off 44 balls. Five fours were born from Jaiswal’s bat. Jaiswal was dismissed by James Anderson caught by Joe Root.

After this, Jaiswal also made a memorable achievement to his name. Jaiswal became the second highest run scorer in the first eight Test matches. Jaiswal scored 971 runs from 15 innings.
