The reality show “Come on! In Operation” reflects the hard work of the service industry. The hosts Yao Yuanhao and Yang Mingwei, who have experience in opening a store, accepted an exclusive interview with “ETtoday Starlight Cloud” and shared their experiences of encountering Aoke. Interestingly, both of them dealt with Aoke in the same way. Quite the same, Yang Mingwei also incisively analyzed what the main demands of Aoke were.

Yang Mingwei, known as the “Shaodong” in the catering industry, apart from opening a shop at home, he also has experience in running a bar. Have you ever met Aoke? He smiled wryly and said, “It’s too much, we smashed our store.” As for how to deal with Aoke? Yao Yuanhao, who has opened a restaurant, a surf shop and a car wash, believes: “The only way to solve it is within my ability, you don’t have to pay.”

Yao Yuanhao said: “Like I open a restaurant, then you (Aoker) don’t have to pay, I will invite you to eat, but I will know how I will deal with it next time you come once more. It doesn’t matter if I give you money today, I will open it. The restaurant is not afraid of you eating; I open a surf shop, you think our teaching is not good enough, it doesn’t matter, it is not worth the money, we will improve it.”

Yang Mingwei, who has met all kinds of customers, said frankly: “Usually the reason why Aoker is picky is that he thinks it’s not worth paying the money, so he asks a lot of questions and doesn’t want to pay the money. If he doesn’t need to pay today, he will shut up. Of course, they are not encouraging everyone to be “Aokers”, but when the services provided are flawed, they must be for the sake of customers, and sometimes it is for the sake of peace.
