The concept of the remake version is to rebuild the game once more from scratch, as it is a widespread phenomenon recently, as companies that own old games with popularity and a strong story rebuild them once more in order to keep pace with the current development, as the 2005 version is considered unplayable according to the current specifications.

Although the Remake process costs a huge budget, but in return it guarantees companies a large profit.

One of the most prominent things that have been modified in the remake from the original version is the shift from the fixed camera system to the third-person camera system, but with the addition of the ability to aim and reload the weapon while moving.

As for the story of the game, there were no major changes in order to preserve the original story, but more space was given to some characters with the addition of new characters to the story, and of course, with the addition of improvements to the story presentation style, as a large number of the scenario and dialogue were changed from the original game.

The story revolves around the hero of the game, Leon Kennedy, who survives the Raccoon City incident, moves to a remote area in Spain, and begins the mission of rescuing the kidnapped daughter of the American president.
