“Y75s” .. the cheapest 5G phone from Vivo

The Chinese smartphone maker, Vivo, has officially launched the new Y75s 5G phone, which is the company’s latest low-cost Y series phone that targets the budget-friendly economy category and attracts young people greatly.

The phone, which supports two “nano” SIMs, features a 6.58-inch “LCD” screen with FHD + resolution (1080 x 2408), with a refresh rate of 60 Hz, and a touch sampling rate of 120 Hz.

The phone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor, paired with a Mali-G57 graphic processor.

The processor works in conjunction with up to 12 GB of LPPDR4x RAM and 256 GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage, expandable up to 1 TB via a microSD card.

The new smartphone runs on the “Android 11” operating system directly from the box with the traditional “Vivo” interface from the “OriginOS Ocean” version.

It also comes with a “Face Wake” feature for facial recognition, in addition to a fingerprint sensor installed on the side of the phone.

The phone has a 5000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.

The phone supports multiple connectivity options, including Bluetooth v5.1, dual-zone Wi-Fi, a 3.5 mm headphone jack and a USB type-C port. The phone weighs about 193 grams.

For photography, the Y75s 5G phone features a triple rear camera setup that includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.

The phone has an 8-megapixel front camera.

Both camera setups have the ability to record FHD videos.

Vivo launched its new phone in two different versions of RAM, where the basic version (8 RAM + 256 storage) comes at a price of 272 dollars, while the higher version (12 RAM + 256) comes at 315 dollars.

The “Y75s 5G” phone is available in “black” color options and another multiple color that the company has not yet named.
