“Y73t” .. Vivo launches the latest 5G phone for young people

Vivo, the Chinese smartphone maker, has officially unveiled its latest budget budget device, launching the “Y73t” youth-oriented phone at a very low price that did not exceed the $197 barrier.

The Vivo Y73t phone comes with a modern youthful design that combines simplicity and acceptable materials that come from reinforced plastic.

The phone features a 6.58-inch LCD screen with a resolution of FHD+ (1080 x 2408 pixels).

The screen comes with a refresh rate of 60Hz, a touch sampling rate of 180Hz, and an aspect ratio of 20:9.

The phone works on the “Android 11” operating system directly from the box, with the traditional “Vivo” interface of the “OriginOS Ocean” type.

The phone is powered by a Dimensity 700 octa-core processor developed by the Taiwanese company Media Tech, paired with a Mali-G57 graphics processor.

The processor works in conjunction with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.1 onboard storage.

The new smartphone – which supports two “nano” SIMs – contains a battery with a capacity of 6000 mAh that supports 44W fast charging. The phone weighs about 201.5 grams.

For biometric security, the phone has Face Wake technology and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

With regard to connectivity options, the phone supports the fifth generation (5G), the fourth generation (4G or LTE), dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4 + 5 GHz), Bluetooth 5.1 and the USB-C port. And a 3.5mm headphone jack as well.

For photography, the phone features a dual camera setup, which includes a 50-megapixel main sensor with an f/1.8 lens slot, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor with an f/2.4 lens slot.

The camera setup comes with autofocus and can record HD videos.

On the front, the phone has an 8-megapixel front camera with an f / 2.0 lens slot, for selfies and video calls. The front camera comes in the form of a notch resembling a drop of water, in the middle of the upper part of the screen.

And Vivo launched the Y73t phone in China, on Thursday, and promised to provide it to global markets no later than next month.

The Chinese company set the price of the basic version of the phone (8 RAM + 128) at $ 196.5.

The top version in the lineup (12 RAM + 256) comes in at $252.5.

The phone is available in “Autumn”, “Fog Blue” and “Mirror Black” color options.
