How does the tech giant’s first electric car perform in severe snowy conditions? The answer is given in the new video.

Car manufacturer published Some interesting videos with new cars. They show SU7 models undergoing winter testing near the city of Heihe. Now it’s not hot there – temperatures drop to -30 °C, and this is not the limit. The roads are covered with snow and there is ice.

Judging by the footage, Xiaomi SU7 electric cars cope well with frost and slippery roads. Look how boldly brave drivers drive around in them:

Let’s remember: Xiaomi introduced SU7 on December 28, 2023. The electric sedan was created in collaboration with the state-owned Beijing Automotive (BAIC). It is predicted to become a Chinese Porsche or Tesla.

The price has not yet been disclosed. The company hinted that the amount would fall in the range from 99,000 to 400,000 yuan (1.3-5.1 million rubles). Sales in China will start in early 2024.

Earlier, a retro electric car was shown online. The two-seater TC2 convertible looks like a cross between a Porsche 356 and a Nissan Figaro. The car was developed by the Dutch car manufacturer Carice.
