A Xiaomi is bringing a complement to the screen capture feature of their devices. It’s called “screenshot frame“, which can make the “print” tool easier and more convenient to use. Previously, some branded devices, as well as products from the Redmi line, already had access to this option.
This was already possible to notice during the last three years, so finally it seems to be available for all the company’s models, even if with a certain delay. Now people can add this frame with just one tap on the feature option.
This measure is part of Xiaomi’s idea of trying to make the user experience more complete and friendly. With the addition, users no longer need to search for frame templates and download them to add frames when taking screenshots with smartphones using MIUI.
According to Zhang Yu, who is marketing director for Xiaomi and Redmi devices, he also stated that the company does not consider adding the feature with white borders automatically, responding to people who asked regarding this possibility.
Zhang Yu, however, did not say how this function is being distributed and whether this is happening in models globally. Therefore, those who still do not have the resource available, can only wait for news regarding the addition of frames in screenshots.
