Xiaomi Redmi will end the year in style

Xiaomi’s Redmi brand is going to introduce a plethora of new products in China. On the program: the Redmi K60 Pro, the Redmi Watch 3, the Redmi Band 2 and the Redmi Buds 4 Lite. We should also expect a Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed.

The Redmi brand under the umbrella of Xiaomi is preparing to introduce a slew of new products starting December 27, 2022 in China. On the program, we must expect novelties on the side of the connected watches and connected wristbandsbut also wireless headphones and smartphones. Indeed, here is the list of products mentioned: a Redmi Watch 3, a Redmi Band 2, Redmi Buds 4 Lite, one or two Redmi K60 and potentially a Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed.

The Redmi K60 Pro: the star of the show a priori

The focus should be on the Redmi K60 Pro. Remember that the models stamped K have so far never seen the light of day in Europe, but they nevertheless allow us to see roughly what we can expect in the coming months. There is also a chance that this phone will be rebranded under the Poco brand for the western market.

Official teasers on Weibo do not miss. We already know that the Xiaomi Redmi K60 Pro will have a screen “2k– or most certainly a QHD definition – with an emphasis on intelligent adjustment of brightness according to the time of day.

And photo sensor main Sony IMX800 is also honored with its 50 megapixel definition and optical stabilization.

A promotional image has thus leaked on Weibo showing this supposed new smartphone which would complement the Redmi Note 12 family already formalized in China. This variant would be entitled to a Snapdragon 778G, an Amoled screen, a main photo sensor of 108 Mpx and MIUI 14.

What about the Redmi Watch 3, Band 2 and Buds 4 Lite?

On the wearables side, get ready for a Redmi Watch with a 1.75-inch Amoled screen and 15% higher brightness than the previous model with a peak of 600 nits. The resolution is 341 pixels per inch. The images published by the brand already show a large button on the side of the case and a design very inspired by that of the Apple Watch.

The Redmi Band 2 bracelet, meanwhile, is entitled to a 1.47-inch screen and a thickness of 9.99 mm for the case. No physical button in sight, everything would go through the touch screen. Finally, in terms of headphones, it is mainly the bright colors that are highlighted for the moment.
