As expected since mid-January, Xiaomi launched the new line of Redmi Note 13 cell phones in Brazil this Wednesday (31). The announcement covers all of Latin America and was made in Colombia.
The Chinese company decided to bring to the country three of the five models official on the international market: Redmi Note 13 4G, Redmi Note 13 5G and Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G. The Pro 4G and Pro Plus models were left out. See the highlights of smartphones.

Screen and design
The three devices have a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen, accompanied by a 120 Hz refresh rate, for greater fluidity in system animations and compatible games. The difference is that the Pro model advances in 1.5k resolution, for an image definition higher than the Full HD delivered by the other two.
The trio comes with protection once morest falls and scratches, but in different generations. The Redmi Note 13 4G features Gorilla Glass 3, while the Note 13 5G and Note 13 Pro 5G come with Gorilla Glass Victus.
The three devices have an IP54 certification, which guarantees resistance once morest dust and splashes. They are also similar in the presence of a hole-shaped notch centered in the center. The Note 13 4G and 5G have a biometric reader integrated into the power button. The Note 13 Pro 5G has a sensor under the screen.
The Redmi Note 13 5G is the thinnest and lightest of the duo, measuring 7.6 mm thick and weighing 174.5 grams. They also provide a 3.5 mm headphone jack and a sound system compatible with Dolby Atmos, but only the Note 13 4G and Note 13 Pro 5G are stereo.
Hardware e software
Each has a different mobile platform. The Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G comes with the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2; the Redmi Note 13 5G is powered by the Dimensity 6080; and the Redmi Note 13 4G features the Snapdragon 685.
They all arrive in Brazil with just one memory configuration, consisting of 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. However, for TudoCelular, the company confirmed that more powerful variants are expected to arrive in the future.
The Note 13 battery, in both variants, is 5,000 mAh and supports 33W HyperCharge charging. The Note 13 Pro is distinguished by its larger capacity of 5,100 mAh and its superior recharge speed, with 67W HyperCharge, which promises 100% in 46 minutes.
The three come out of the box with Android 13, under the MIUI 14 interface. However, in an interview with TudoCelular, the company’s marketing director in the country, Thiago Araripe, confirmed that they should receive HyperOS, with Android 14.
In the same conversation, the executive also stated that the Redmi Note 13 line will feature four Android updates and five years of updates to the brand’s personalized interface.
Cmeras
The family’s photographic set consists of three cameras. The main one on the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G has 200 MP resolution, while the other two have 108 MP. The most advanced stands out for bringing Super QPD, with faster and more precise focusing, and a combination of optical and electronic stabilization, to better deal with blur.
The trio of sensors is also completed with the 8 MP ultrawide lens and the 2 MP macro, present in all smartphones. On the front, the cell phones offer a 16 MP selfie camera.
