Xiaomi launched its first mini host on Sunday (11th), claiming that its performance is comparable to computers of the same level. The Mi Mini host is only the size of a palm, equipped with a 12th generation Intel Core processor, 40W stable performance output, including Thunderbolt 4 + dual HDMI ports, which can bring new options for daily work, video editing and gaming. However, the outside world thinks that the appearance of the Xiaomi mini console is very similar to Apple’s Mac mini.

The standard version of the Mi Mini Host will be available in China from now on, priced at RMB 3,999 (approximately HK$ 4,454); the other Mi Mini Host without a built-in SSD will be priced at RMB 2,999 (approximately HK$ 3,340) , will go on sale on December 14th.

The Xiaomi Mi Mini host weighs 437 grams and measures 112 x 112 x 38 mm. The body is made of aluminum alloy and is equipped with a 4,600-rpm fan and a dual heat pipe cooling system.

Xiaomi refers to the mini host as a collaboration with Intel, equipped with the 12th generation Intel Core i5-1240P processor, with a turbo boost frequency of 4.4GHz, and equipped with Intel’s Iris Xe graphics card. The mini host has 16GB DDR4 memory and 512GB PCIe 4.0 solid-state hard disk memory, and the memory and storage capacity have been increased to 32GB and 4TB. Since it’s only available in China, the Mi Mini console running Windows 11 Home Edition is only available in Chinese.

Mi Mini host provides multiple ports, with a USB 3.0 Gen 2 port, USB 2.0 port, 2.5G network port, a 2x HDMI 2.1 port, 2 USB 3.0 Gen 2 ports and a 3.5mm headphone jack, equipped with WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3.
