A Xiaomi announced the opening simultaneous operation of two points of sale in malls in Fortaleza, the capital of Ceará (CE). The action is part of the expansion process of the company’s operations in Brazil, which foresees the creation of several physical stores.
On April 1st and 2nd, the brand opens its physical sales points at the Iguatemi Bosque Fortaleza and North Shopping Fortaleza malls, with technological experiences from the Xiaomi universe, in addition to prices and promotional actions.
Located at Shopping Iguatemi Bosque and North Shopping Fortaleza, the official kiosks will provide interactive and immersive consumer experiences with some products from the brand’s smartphone lines and ecosystems.
Residents of Ceará will be able to check out smartphones, smart bracelets and bluetooth headphones with up to 40% discount. To make openings more special, buy & win activations also promise to attract the public.
As in smartphone purchases, in which customers will win a Daypack Backpack or a Mi True Wireless Earbuds Basic 2, one of the best-selling bluetooth headphones in Brazil. The actions are exclusive to April 1st and 2nd, 2023.
“The idea is to positively impact the city of Fortaleza and show that Xiaomi technology goes far beyond smartphones. We have very good expectations, mainly because it is a city that concentrates a high number of fans of the brand”, commented the Head of Operation Xiaomi Brazil, Luciano Barbosa.
The Chinese brand already has 14 points of sale in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Curitiba, Recife, Manaus and Salvador, and reached the mark of more than 8 thousand points of sale in Brazil, in just three and a half years of operation in the country.
