The powerful Xiaomi battery uses “hybrid solid-liquid lithium battery”, usually used in high-powered electric vehicles. This made it possible to provide a portable battery with a guarantee of protection at the level of IP67 and operation in any weather outdoors without special protection. The weight of the battery is 16.9 kg. During the pre-order period, the price of the device is equivalent to $865. After the start of shipments, which are expected on September 18, the retail price for the battery will be set at $919.

The declared battery capacity of Xiaomi Mijia Outdoor Power Supply 1000 Pro is 1022 Wh or 280,000 mAh. The accumulator maintains 1000 charge cycles with preservation of capacity. The safety of the device is guaranteed by 21 temperature sensors built into the battery. The battery can charge 13 devices at the same time. But the most interesting thing regarding it is a bidirectional inverter that generates “pure sine wave”which will allow you to power household home electronics and, therefore, use Xiaomi Mijia Outdoor Power Supply 1000 Pro as a backup power device for your home and apartment.

Peak battery power reaches 1800 watts. It can be charged from the network, from the car cigarette lighter and directly from solar panels. From the network to 80% capacity, the battery is charged in 50 minutes, and to 100% in 90 minutes. The device allows the simultaneous connection of two solar panels with a total power of up to 200 W (the company just introduced branded 100-W panels).

You can manage the battery using the Mijia App, which provides a detailed breakdown of consumption for each port.
