Today, Xiaomi released an official confirmation that it will announce the Xiaomi CIVI 1S on April 21 in China, and this phone will be an updated version of the current CIVI phone.
As indicated by the teaser poster, the Xiaomi CIVI 1S will have an ultra-slim design. The back side of the phone will have a triple camera module on the top left.
The company is expected to make more posts on Weibo to confirm the key features of Xiaomi CIVI 1S over the coming days.
Recent reports have revealed that the Xiaomi CIVI 1S will be equipped with a 6.55-inch AMOLED LTPO display, which will provide Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. As far as the screen design is concerned, the CIVI 1S will have curved edges and a hole punched in the middle of the top edge.
The front camera may come from a Sony IMX616 32 MP, the rear camera setup may contain a 64 MP Samsung GW3 lens with OIS, an 8 MP Sony IMX355 ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2 MP B&W camera.
The phone will most likely be powered by the Snapdragon 778G Plus processor and may come with 8GB/12GB RAM with 128GB/256GB internal memory.
The phone may come with a 4500 mAh battery that may support 55 or 67 watts fast charging. The phone will be powered by Android 12 OS and the MIUI 13 user interface. The CIVI 1S is likely to be available for purchase starting from May in China.
