Last month, Xiaomi made the Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro official in China. The device features Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 platform, promising performance close to flagships.

Unfortunately, the manufacturer has not commented on a launch in other countries. However, rumors suggest that the device may be made official in India with another name: Xiaomi 14 SE.

According to tipster Abhishek Yadav, the Xiaomi 14 SE could be launched in June in India as a rebranded version of the Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro. In the price range, the device could cost less than ₹ 50.000 (~R$ 3.100).

Interestingly, some sources had cited that Xiaomi was planning to launch the Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro as Xiaomi 14 Civi in India. So, Yadav’s information doesn’t make it clear whether the Xiaomi 14 SE is a new device or whether the previous rumors are incorrect.

If the information is true, the Xiaomi 14 SE will have a 6.55-inch curved AMOLED screen, Full HD+ resolution, 3,000 nits refresh rate and pill-shaped notch to house two 32-megapixel front sensors.

At the rear, the cell phone has a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 12-megapixel ultrawide sensor and a 50-megapixel telephoto sensor with 2x optical zoom. Under the hood, there is Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, 4,700 mAh battery unit and 67W fast charging support. Lastly, the operating system features HyperOS 1.0 based on Android 14.
