Xbox offers two soundscapes from its games in the Calm application
The Calm mindfulness app now has two new soundscapes to help its users relax and fall asleep. Both come from video games Xbox. Starting today, Calm Premium subscribers can enjoy the seascape of Sea of Thieves or some alien ambient noise from Zeta Halo from Halo Infinite. This is the first time that Calm has added soundscapes from video games. Let’s hope it’s not the last as there might be so many possibilities.

If you’re not a Calm Premium subscriber, you can access the service free for three months as an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership benefit. Once the trial period is over, if you want to continue using Calm Premium, you can take advantage of a preferential rate (-50%) during the first year – approximately €70 per year, normal price -.
Xbox says it has worked with Calm as part of its initiative to safeguard the mental health and well-being of gamers. The American giant has also created a collection of Game Pass titles either to combat mental disorders or to offer players a feeling of escape, such as Persona 5 : Royal, Hellblade : Senya’s Sacrifice, Unpacking et Stardew Valley.
