WWE Raw live report November 6, 2023
The show begins with a video summary of WWE Crown Jewel, the PLE that the company held last Saturday from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Seth Rolins is in charge of opening tonight’s episode. Seth heads towards the ring with a smiling, but tired face. The wrestler welcomes the crowd to “Monday Night Rollins” before reminding them that he is still the WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Seth wants to thank two people. The first of them is Drew McIntyre. Rollins remembers that they both hit it hard last Saturday, but the Scot kept his word of having nothing to do with watching The Judgment Day. And the group did not intervene in the fight… until the end. And this brings us to the second thank you.
Seth llama a Sami Zayn to thank you personally for preventing Damian Priest redeem his Money in the Bank briefcase following his victory over McIntyre. Zayn makes his entrance to a standing ovation. Already in the ring, Seth indicates that he expected to see him with the briefcase, although he assumes that Adam Pearce forced him to return it. Sami points out that it is so. Seth confesses that, following his fight with Drew, he was not in a position to defend himself once morest Priest, so he greatly appreciates the Canadian’s help. That’s why he has thought regarding how to return the favor appropriately.
Sami interrupts him, pointing out that he did it because of his personal rivalry with The Judgment Day, because Damian Priest as World Champion would take us to The Bloodline 2.0, and that is something that he will not let happen, because it will continue to be the resistance that faces the faction. Rollins applauds his determination. However, he wants to make it clear that The Judgment Day does not run Raw, but he does. That is why Priest’s contract is not the only way to get a title match for his championship. Seth reveals he spoke to Pearce regarding giving Sami a starting opportunity. He only has to say when he wants to play that fight.
Zayn doesn’t believe what he’s hearing. Sami assures that he will win that title, but he wants to do it his way, and it is once morest a 100% champion. Annoyed, Rollins rebukes him for his statements, pointing out that they have both known each other long enough to know that they don’t need to be at 100% to give their all in the ring. Having said that, he asks him once more when he wants that fight. Sami answers that tonight! Zayn and Rollins high-five. A smiling Seth walks backstage while Sami watches him leaning on the ropes.
The members of Judgment Day remember the best moments from WWE Crown Jewel in their makeshift office backstage. Damian Priest appears on the scene. Furious, he asks his teammates if they think it’s fair that the guy who deprived him of redeeming his briefcase should receive a title fight as a reward. JD McDonagh He tries to calm him down, but only manages to anger the Puerto Rican even more, especially when he notices that JD is wearing one of his t-shirts. Rhea Ripley puts order. Priest then addresses Finn Bálor, pointing out that tonight The New Day will get a beating for making fun of them last week. Bálor nods his head and they both leave for the ring.
