WWE presented its 2023 PLE “Fastlane” on Saturday, October 7 from Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. The show was broadcast on the WWE Network.
– The WWE Fastlane 2023 Pre-Show begins with the panel composed of Kayla Braxton, Jackie Redmond, Booker T, Wade Barrett and Peter Rosenberg welcoming us.
– The panel presents the matches of the evening.
– Backstage, Santos Escobar chats with Rey Mysterio. Escobar says he just wants to know if they’ll be 2-on-3 tonight, that’s the only thing that matters to him. Rey says he texted the person, but he still hasn’t heard back.
– Backstage, Byron Saxton asks Paul Heyman for his comments before the match. Heyman says John Cena and LA Knight don’t even like each other, they only do it to take on the Bloodline. Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa are in the same Bloodline, Knight and Cena don’t have the same blood. It’s an easy victory for Jimmy and Solo. Saxton asks what will happen if they lose. Heyman says that’s a stupid question. There’s no way that’s going to happen.
– Behind the scenes, Cathy is with Damage CTRL to learn more regarding Iyo Sky’s Triple Threat strategy. Bayley asks if Cathy is an idiot. Sky is a sky genius, she is not going to give away her strategy. Iyo Sky says she has her own strategy and she doesn’t need Bayley tonight.
– In the parking lot, a car arrives and Jade Cargill gets out in front of the cameras. Triple H stops her to greet her and the two walk together.
– The Pre-Show ends with the panel’s final comments.

WWE Undisputed Tag Team Championship – Tag Team Match
Jey Uso et Cody Rhodes vs Judgment Day (c) (Finn Balor et Damian Priest)
At the end of the fight, Jey blocks the Razor Edge and pushes Balor and Priest out of the ring. Jey launches a suicide jump on Judgment Day at the bottom of the ring. Jey brings Priest back into the ring and Splashes Priest to cover him, but Balor breaks the count. Cody intervenes and hits a Cody Cutter on Balor to take him out of the ring. Jey avoids a blow from Priest and Spears him! Jey goes up to the corner, but Dominik Mysterio and Rhea Ripley come to ringside. Jey superkicks Dominik! Jey approaches Ripley, but he decides to go back to the corner. Balor blocks Jey in the corner and Priest takes the opportunity to Rana the corner on Jey. Balor follows up with a Coup de Grace on Jey and covers him, but Cody breaks the count! The four wrestlers face each other in the ring. JD McDonagh comes in to interfere, but Jey pushes him away with a Superkick. Ripley hits Jey with the MITB briefcase and Balor rolls him up, but he resists two. Priest grabs Cody and ChokeSlams him onto the apron. Priest sets up the commentary table, but JD McDonagh hits him with the briefcase by mistake when Cody avoids the blow. Cody hits Priest with a Cross Rhodes on the announce table. Jey flips Cody and McDonagh ringside. Jey brings Balor back into the ring for a Superkick. Cody takes the tag and they do a Cody Cutter for two on Balor. Cody continues with his Cross Rhodes for the three count on Balor!
Winners: Jey Uso and Cody Rhodes – New Champions
– After the fight, the new champions celebrate as Judgment Day is angry.
– Backstage, Wade Barrett and Booker T discuss the evening. They wonder who would be crazy to agree to team up with Rey and Santos. Xavier Woods arrives to watch the PLE with them. The three decide to order pizza.
– We present a video on the rivalry between the Mysterio clan once morest the Lashley clan. The match begins in two once morest three without a partner for the Rey clan.
Six-Man Tag Team Match
Street Profits (Montez Ford et Angelo Dawkins) et Bobby Lashley vs Rey Mysterio, Santos Escobar et ???
At the end of the fight, At the end of the fight, Rey and Escobar are dominated, Carlito enters the ring to be their third partner! Carlito helps clear the ring and does his Back Stabber on Ford for the three count.

Charlotte Flair vs Asuka vs Iyo Sky (c)
At the end of the fight, Charlotte applies her Figure Four on Asuka, but Sky intervenes with a Running Knee on Charlotte to cover her, but she resists at two. Asuka applies a Leg Lock on Charlotte, Sky takes the opportunity to add a Cross Face on Charlotte. Charlotte resists, Asuka performs the double submission and attacks Sky. Then Charlotte blocks a Sky Hold and pushes it back onto Asuka. Charlotte launches into the cables and Spears Asuka to cover her, but she resists two. Bayley comes to ringside to help Sky get up. Charlotte takes the opportunity to give Sky a Big Boot while she talks to Bayley. Asuka follows up with a knee from the corner on Charlotte to cover her, but Charlotte resists. Charlotte continues with a Figure Four on Asuka, Bayley enters the ring to distract the referee. Asuka tags in, but Sky hits a corner moonsault on Charlotte for the three count!

– We present a video on the rivalry of Cena and Knight once morest the Bloodline.
– Pat McAfee arrives and takes the microphone. McAfee says he mightn’t miss this show in this city. People like to criticize the WWE crowd, but that’s not the case in the city here. McAfee asks the crowd to respond if they want a WrestleMania in Indianapolis. The crowd approves. McAfee introduces John Cena and takes his place with the commentators for the match.
Tag Team Match
John Cena et LA Knight vs Jimmy Uso et Solo Sikoa accompanied by Paul Heyman
At the end of the fight, Cena takes Sikoa for an AA, but Jimmy stops him with a Superkick. Knight pushes Sikoa back out of the ring and stops Jimmy in the corner with a Superplex. Cena follows up with a Five Knuckle Shuffle on Jimmy and hits Sikoa in passing. Knight continues with his BFT for the three count on Jimmy.
Winners: John Cena and LA Knight
– Behind the scenes, we find Judgment Day. Finn Balor says we need to calm down. Damian Priest refuses. Priest says he won’t go home empty handed, it has to be tonight. Rhea Ripley stops him and says he shouldn’t rush his MITB briefcase. Priest must be ready, they’ll do it another night. Ripley confiscates his briefcase and tells him to rest.
– We present a video on the history between Rollins and Nakamura.
WWE World Heavyweight Championship – Last Man Standing Match
Shinsuke Nakamura vs Seth Rollins (c)
At the end of the fight, Nakamura Kinshasa Rollins once morest a table once morest the corner. The referee counts down, Rollins rolls out of the ring to stand at nine and falls back to the floor. Nakamura throws Rollins once morest the barricade. Nakamura brings Rollins into the crowd to continue his attack. Rollins manages to block a hold and Stomps him onto the boxes. Rollins hits a Falcon Arrow through the tables. The referee counts down, Rollins manages to get up at nine, but Nakamura stays down until ten.
Gagnant : Seth Rollins
The show ends with Seth Rollins celebrating in the crowd.
