And the biggest bang in the story came when the price of the WSB token started to soar. One of the users who grabbed the airdrop wrote that he was able to sell the tokens he received from the airdrop for 7 ETH not long after. This is several million forints.
Of course, this also became a kind of self-fulfilling prophecy, because as the story began to spread on the Internet, the price of the token began to rise as well. Just one day after its launch, the market capitalization of WSB exceeded forty million dollars and the price was almost at $0.0009 at its peak. According to many, the token can also be linked to the famous-notorious Wall Street Bets reddit group, which also supported the growth. Of course, if we look at the WSBMOD account on Twitter, we can see that there has been a serious war with the Wall Street Bets admins. However, regardless of this, he became the owner of 5000 WSB in a single day, which is quite a massive start. Since the WSB Twitter post case, there have been several similar initiatives, but none of them could come close to WSB’s success.
