(Seoul = Yonhap News) Reporter Kang Ae-ran = Writer Kim Eun-sook, who has mainly written romance works such as ‘Mr. Sunshine’, ‘Goblin’, and ‘Descendants of the Sun’, is challenging revenge this time.

Netflix announced on the 22nd that writer Kim Eun-sook and director Ahn Gil-ho, who made the drama ‘Secret Forest’, will produce a new series ‘The Glory’.

‘The Glory’ is the story of a woman whose soul was crushed by violence as a child, and those who fall into the vortex of a desperate revenge that she carefully prepared for her whole life.

Actress Song Hye-kyo takes on the role of Moon Dong-eun, a victim of horrific school violence who plans to take revenge on both the perpetrators and bystanders. Moon Dong-eun is a character full of anger and hatred.

Lee Do-hyeon plays Joo Yeo-jeong, who has a secret story, and plays the complex inner side hidden behind her bright appearance, while Lim Ji-yeon plays Park Yeon-jin, a former instigator of school violence and living in the white night.

Yeom Hye-ran plays Kang Hyeon-nam, another victim of violence, Park Seong-hoon plays Jeon Jae-joon, who destroyed Dong-eun’s life with Park Yeon-jin, and Jeong Seong-il plays Ha Do-yeong, the husband of Park Yeon-jin and CEO of Jaepyeong Construction.

Directed by Ahn Gil-ho, who made ‘Happiness’, ‘Record of Youth’, and ‘Memories of the Alhambra’.
